Stolen Innocence (A Re-Post From What's On My Mind)

Stolen Innocence

The couple to the left, Stephen Quick and Samantha Light, were arrested on March 5th. The couple ran a baby-sitting service out of their home.

They are accused of sexually abusing children, including a baby as young as 2 months old.

They are being held in jail on $100,000 bond each in Fountain County jail in Indiana. Both face charges of child molestation and child exploitation.

The police found video evidence in a search of the home depicting sex acts involving Quick and Light and at least 4 different children in their care. Several other items of evidence were siezed as well.

The arrest came about after the parents of a 3-year-old girl reported that she told them Quick and Light had touched her inappropriately and had taken photos of her late last month.

Quick and Light also had a daughter who was removed from the home as well.

How can people commit crimes like this? How in the hell can you be sexually attracted to children and babies in this manner? And speaking of Hell, I fervently hope there is one, and they've packed their bags and booked a trip there. Sick perverts anyway.

What puzzles me is the fact that based on the crime they committed against the children under their "supposed" care, they can still bail-out. How weird is that? Yup, I do hope there is hell and they can buy their one-way ticket going there and hope they rot there. Sick people!

Hi Ria,
Huwag naman, let's just leave them to the mercy of God. As long as one is still alive, one can still be reformed by the grace of God. How are you Ria? Hope you are doing fine in your place of work. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

this has always been a debate between me & my husband... he wouldn't believe that child molestation is not common in the Philippines... as it is here in the US due to the fact that molesters here get easily caught and brought up in the open especially the cases with the Catholic priests.. how about you, Mel? do you think these cases are as common in PI as it is here only that it's not being brought up in the open?

Hi Shawie,
I agree with you. Filipinos are very shy about things that they are ashamed of. Many Filipinos just suffer in silence because of the stigma and public shame of revealing scandals in the family. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Mel,

Oh you won't believe how many people are registered as a child molester, and sex predator here in US, their are too many. I believe in hell and I think this act is a sure way to hell. They are difinitely pervert and sickos they should be taken out from the street and be rotten in jail forever.
Actually, in the Philippines their are too many who are molested or sexually assaulted but women or children don't want to talk about it for family shame or scandals.
The thing is we are in this world where people can do things that is beyond our grasp, that is why we have to pray each other and let not the devil prowl and ruin more souls. God bless!!
